Als eerst heeft u de start-up kosten. Dit hangt af van de benodigde diensten. Als er een logo ontworpen dient te worden en vragenlijsten vertaald dienen te worden gaat u meer moeten betalen dan wanneer u alles al gereed heeft. The Research Survey app is beschikbaar, maar custom apps zoals, de PBAC app, etc, hebben aanpassingen nodig en hebben hun eigen kosten. Een basis project can opgezet worden voor vanaf 3000 Euro als eenmalige betaling, maar voelt u vrij om gedetailleerde offerte op te vragen.

Ten tweede heeft u jaarlijkse honorarium voor de database, security updates, de hosting, de domein naam, maitenance, etc. Dit is een vaste vergoeding voor elk project en bedraagt 1500 Euro per jaar.
